The Fire Safety Order of 2005, which came into effect in October 2006, was intended to replace a number of pieces of legislation including the requirement for a  re-certificate.

The main changes were introduced as risk-based approach. This requires the Responsible Person to carry out a continuous Risk Assessment to demonstrate that the fire safety precautions are adequate.

Our team of Property Risk Managers can help you to appoint and train a Competent Person and if necessary undertake a bespoke review of all Fire Risks. 

They will offer practical advice on reducing the risks which can be blended with a selection of Fire Safety Training courses such as Fire Safety and Fire Marshal training, delivered via our delivered via our e-learning platform where staff can take the course when it has the least impact on the core business.
